1/2 c coconut oil, melted
1/2 c raw cacao powder
1/2 c any JoshEWEa’s Garden Nut Butter (or organic peanut butter)
1/4 c raw honey or maple syrup
1/2 tsp pure organic vanilla
In a medium bowl, whisk together coconut oil and honey. Add other ingredients and whisk to combine until you get a thin, smooth mixture. You can also add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend that way. I find cleanup to be easier if I don’t use the blender or food processor. 😉
Line a muffin tin with paper liners. Fill each liner about 1/2 inch full. Lick the spoon! Place the muffin tin in the fridge for 30 minutes or the freezer for 10 minutes or until fudge is set. Remove from liners. Take a bite. Try not to eat them all . . . makes 12.
Place fudge cups in a container and store in the fridge (or freezer) for as long as they last for a quick and delicious treat whenever a craving hits!
